Hello Beautiful!
I know life can be MAUD busy, but it is really important to read the information below in its entirety before scheduling each appointment. I want my gorgeous clients to be educated and fully a part of this process.
MAUD HOUSE BEAUTY SERVICE
- If you have had Microblading, tattoo, or any form of permanent makeup done on the brow or lip area, I require photos be sent prior to scheduling. Please txt them to (949)701-3173 to verify you are a candidate.
- All candidates must be over the age of 18 and have a photo ID.
Am I a candidate if I am pregnant or breast-feeding? We recommend scheduling any permanent make up services AFTER the completion of your breast-feeding journey. There is not enough scientific studies to ensure the safety of the mother and infant in regards to pigment in the skin during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Can I have permanent make up done if I am on antibiotics or recently received a vaccine? We recommend that our clients wait until two weeks after the completion of any antibiotics or the date in which they received their vaccine.
Am I a candidate for permanent make up if I am on consistent medication?
Absolutely! As long as you have clearance from your physician. Medical conditions and certain medications can hinder the healing process.
Can I be on any Accutane or retinol products, prior to my permanent makeup procedure? NO. We recommend stopping any Accutane or retinol use 30 days before your scheduled appointment.
Can I take omega-3 /fish oil before a permanent make up procedure?
We recommend our clients stop taking omega3/ fish oils two weeks prior to their appointment. This insures that the pigment stays in the skin while healing. It allows the skin to retain the pigment, as having fish oil in your system can push the pigment out of your pores.
Am I a candidate for permanent make up if I have had Botox or fillers? We recommend getting Botox or fillers 3-4 weeks prior to your appointment. This allows those products to settle into your skin or muscles before mapping out your brows or lips.
Have you received chemotherapy or have been taking any sort of chemo medications?
If you answered yes, please get clearance from your physician and/or dermatologist.
Do you have dermatitis, eczema or any other skin condition around the area that will be treated?
If you answered yes, please get clearance from your physician and/or dermatologist.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to text or call
